​How does it work with the brand new classes?

  1. Choose and register for the brand new class you want to participate.
  2. We send you a link and the password to the class material immediatly and via email.
  3. We will upload the weekly video on friday at 12 o´clock.
  4. You always use the same link. Watch it directly online! or take some time and download the new video into your personal library. 
  5. Have fun with us anytime you want!​
You can register and join the classes any time. No worries you will get all the material independent of the registration date.
​All videos are pre-recorded so that you can watch them and train at your own timing.
We trust you that you keep the videos for your own learning experience. Please do not share!
